Pete Wallroth – Founder & CEO, Mummy’s Star (www.mummysstar.org) 

Mummy’s Star is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting women and birthing people diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy or 12 months after birth, and also of course their families. 

Pete’s an inspirational leader for the charity, not only because of his background but also his personal story and very instinctive view of leadership. Yet he talks about being an “accidental” leader, which I know will resonate with many of you.
